Create your listing
Describe your space, add photos, set your nightly rate, and publish — it's fast and free.
Receive booking requests
Guests browse, pick dates, and request to book. You review each request and approve or decline.
Guest confirms the booking
After you approve the request, the guest pays a minimum of $50 or 10% upfront to confirm the booking — whichever is greater.
Welcome your guest
Once the booking is confirmed, you get the guest's contact details. Coordinate check-in and provide a great stay.
Get paid
The guest pays you the remaining balance on arrival. We transfer the booking confirmation amount to your Sham Cash account within 24 hours of the guest's arrival, after deducting the platform commission (5% from the guest + 5% from the host).
